President
Shonna S. Cardello is President of White Rose Settlement Services, a company she co-founded in July 1996. A licensed title agent, she has been a leader in the title industry since 1992, overseeing both operations and strategic growth with a strong focus on client experience and relationship-driven business.
Shonna holds the Certified Land Title Professional (CLTP) designation and was awarded the National Title Professional (NTP) designation by the American Land Title Association (ALTA) in 2015. She earned her Associate of Arts degree in Paralegal Studies, graduating magna cum laude from Hagerstown Business College.
A dedicated industry advocate, Shonna has been an active member of the Pennsylvania Land Title Association since 1997 and currently serves as Vice President. She has also served on ALTA’s Board through TIPAC, represented Pennsylvania as a Trustee, and contributes to both the Values and Government Affairs Committees.
Her leadership extends across multiple organizations. Shonna is a Life Director of the Pennsylvania Builders Association and Past President of the York Builders Association. She also served as President during the charter year of the Women’s Council of the York County Builders Association and has held board and committee roles with the Realtors Association of York & Adams Counties (RAYAC), the Pennsylvania Association of Mortgage Brokers, and the Outdoor Country Club.
Beyond her professional commitments, Shonna has volunteered with organizations including the Children’s Home of York, Junior Achievement, and her local church. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading, fostering White German Shepherds, and spending time with family and friends.
